Wasgij Original #5: Late Booking! 1000 (Puzzle)

A Wasgij puzzle is a puzzle with a twist. Here, you do not assemble the picture on the box, but rather a different variant of the image. In the original series, you must assemble a picture of what the characters on the box are looking at.

A group of tourists is going on vacation and has taken a bus to the hotel, where they have just arrived.
They cannot naturally have high expectations for the vacation, as they have booked with a company called Cheapo Tours.
They are welcomed to the hotel by the hotel manager, but you can already see in the guests' eyes that something is very wrong.

But what could be so terrible about the place they have arrived at?
