We receive many questions regarding pre-orders. Therefore, we are answering the most frequently asked questions.
When will my order be shipped?
As a general rule, orders containing pre-order items will be shipped on the actual release date. In some cases, we are given special permission to ship items the day before, so you receive them on the release date.
My order contains products that are not pre-orders — why haven’t they been shipped yet?
When you place an order that includes pre-ordered items, the entire order is held until the pre-ordered items are ready to be shipped. If you would like to receive your available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Why does the pre-order show as "In stock"?
When a pre-order item is marked as "in stock," it does not mean the product is physically at our remote warehouse or in the store. In this case, "in stock" simply indicates that there is still an available quantity of the product that can be pre-ordered.
Am I guaranteed to receive my item?
As a rule, we do everything we can to avoid selling more than we will receive. However, some products may be delayed or allocated, meaning we receive fewer than expected. If this happens, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?

Why is the payment for my order being withdrawn?
For all orders, the payment is only captured once the items are shipped. However, some banks may reserve the amount on your account from the time the order is placed.
