The placement of our model in a diorama or vignette gives it a sense of reality, a background and a story, an extra dimension and an explanation for the moisture, the traces of mud, the dry sand from the desert, or the dark earth from the forest landscapes of Central Europe. The Diorama FX series offers the model builder everything necessary to recreate a terrain, with effects of sandy and dusty roads, or of snow, mud, and water, all of which add realism to the scene and connect the model with its surroundings.

Usage: European Mud is a dark brown color with traces of vegetation, often seen in terrain in Central Europe and humid areas of the Mediterranean countries. Most non-alkaline soils have this color.
