ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You select the items you wish to purchase and add them to the "shopping cart." You can edit the contents of your cart at any time until the moment of final ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the total price.
Any additional charges, such as for shipping, will be calculated right before you proceed to payment.
When you're ready to order, click on "Proceed to payment," where you'll enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and delivery option.
You can change the contents of the cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Pay now" button. After that, your order will be processed and fulfilled by Cardcollective.eu.
By purchasing pre-order items on Cardcollective.eu, you accept that pre-order items require prepayment to secure your reservation.
We reserve the right for typographical errors, supplier price increases, pricing mistakes, changes in VAT or duties, sold-out or discontinued items, delivery failure from our suppliers, and force majeure.
We accept the following payment cards:
Visa, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, JCB, and American Express.
Prices are listed and payments made in Euros or your local currency as appropriate.
DELIVERY
We offer the following delivery options:

Shipping to a nearby parcel shop
If you order before 12:00 noon on a weekday, we usually dispatch your package the same day.
We deliver to the following countries:
Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Ireland and Czechia.
Delivery fees will vary.
ORDER RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION
Once you place an order, you will receive a receipt we have received it. A binding purchase agreement is only established once you have received an official order confirmation from us.
Cardcollective.eu will charge your card on the same day the item is shipped from our warehouse.
We also account for potential errors when setting up products on the site. If a product has been mistakenly listed with a price of 0€ or a price significantly different from the expected retail value, we reserve the right—according to Danish law—to cancel and refund the order of such erroneous items.
30-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When shopping online at Cardcollective.eu, you generally have a 30-day right of withdrawal during which you can return your purchase for a refund.
Items bought in November and December (Christmas gifts) have an extended return policy until January 31.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the price depends on market fluctuations beyond Cardcollective.eu’s control. This includes individual trading cards. However, we are always happy to try to find a good solution together with the customer if you regret your purchase.
The right of withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it is extended to the next business day (also applies to pre-orders). For orders with multiple items delivered separately or in parts, the period begins from receipt of the last item or part.
Upon receiving the product, you may only handle it as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If you wish to return the item for a full refund, do not break the packaging, seal, or other protective elements, as we will be unable to resell the item as new.
Some items are non-refundable, or you may lose your right of withdrawal. We will notify you in the order confirmation if this applies.
In all cases, the right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals. If you are buying as a business, the right does not apply.
RETURNS
If you regret your purchase, items must be returned to:

Make sure the items are securely packed. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Therefore, save your postal receipt and tracking number.
When you contact us to return your item, simply request a return label, which you can print and attach to the package.
For customers in Denmark, you can request a return label, which you can print and attach to the package. You can drop it off at a GLS parcel shop. For returns from outside Denmark, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
We expect you to ship the items back as soon as possible after notifying us of the withdrawal, and no later than 14 days from the date you canceled.
Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. You may, for example, inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store, but not use it. If not, Cardcollective.eu may, according to distance selling laws, refuse a full refund, but we will work with you to determine a fair partial refund based on the item's current value.
The refund will always be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
PLEASE NOTE:
You may lose your refund, in full or in part, if the item’s value is diminished because:
You used the item.
It was damaged while under your responsibility.
You handled it more than necessary to determine its nature, features, and functionality.
You ignored limitations related to seals, packaging, or item type.
COMPLAINTS
Your purchase is covered by Danish consumer law, including defect rules. This means you may be entitled to an exchange, refund, or discount, depending on the situation. All purchases from Cardcollective.eu are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish law.
To make a valid claim, the issue must not result from improper use or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. We recommend reporting the issue as soon as possible and within 2 months of discovery.

PERSONAL DATA
To shop at Spilforsyningen.dk, you must provide at least:

This data will be stored, along with your order history, for 5 years after the end of the relevant financial year, per the Danish Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which the data is deleted.
If you created a login for self-service, your personal information and order data will not be deleted unless you request it.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties, unless it is part of a company restructuring or partial/full sale. Any such transfer would comply with current data protection legislation.
As a customer, you have the right to see what data we hold about you and to object to its use under the Danish Data Protection Act. Inquiries should be directed to Cardcollective.eu via the contact information provided above.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases from Cardcollective.eu are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in Danish courts.
