Tsuro (English)

Tsuro is a beautiful and simple game that involves placing tiles in front of your own piece, allowing you to continue on your path each turn. The goal is to keep your own piece on the board longer than your opponents, but as the board fills up, it becomes harder and harder because there are fewer empty spaces left... And another player's piece can also extend your path in a direction you would rather not go.

A game of Tsuro lasts only 15 minutes and works with 2-8 players.

How to play Tsuro:

The game consists of tiles with winding lines on them, a 6x6 grid where they can be placed, and a piece for each player. Each player has some tiles in hand.

On each turn, you must do 2 things:

1. Place a tile from your hand on the board in front of your piece.
2. Move your piece as far as it can along the line it is currently on until it either hits an empty space, the edge of the board, or another player.

If your piece hits the edge of the board, you are out of the game. The goal of the game is to be the last player remaining with a piece on the board. The strategy therefore consists of trying to drive your opponents either into each other or off the board while extending your own route in directions that will make it difficult for your opponents to do the same.
