There are 6 companies that will change the world we know. You can be part of their success and be an investor. Try to get rich by making the right decisions! Only the biggest investor can get money out of all the companies. You must try to guess your rivals' next moves and use your capital and hidden cards to win over them and become the best shareholder! The game requires some luck, but you also need to think about your moves and analyze your rivals.

Startups is an updated version of an older Oink Games game, which was released in 2015 and won 2nd prize at Game Market Tokyo: Rights. The rules and design have been updated, and now it is also possible to have more players!

How to play Startups:

You each take on the role of an investor and must invest in at least 1 of the 6 startup companies in hopes of achieving the most shares possible. Only the player with the most cards from 1 of the companies can get money in the end. For that reason, you must closely monitor your rivals' moves.

Although the game has a short playtime, it is still extensive. A market, anti-monopoly chip, and much more have been added! The rules are still as simple as they were before, but if you have played "Rights," you will notice more depth.

The logos for the 6 startup companies are designed by Kentaro "ANI" Fujimoto, who is a famous typographer in Japan. Talk about the different logos and what type of company is behind each of them!
