In a galaxy far, far away... They also need sewer systems. It is Corporation Incorporated that takes care of it, the fearless men and women who would fly through hell itself if the pay was high enough.
Now you can join them. You will gain access to spaceship components made from sewer pipes, and from there you must build a spaceship strong enough to withstand meteors and attacks from space pirates. At the same time, it must be large enough to accommodate a big crew and valuable cargo, and of course fast enough to reach the treasures first.
To start, you should agree on how many rounds you will play. Normally, three rounds are played, but the game works fine even if the first short round is skipped. The spaceship for the third round comes in two variants, but you can also choose to play them both.
You will then build your spaceships, and you do this simultaneously.
When you take a module piece, you must take it to your spaceship before deciding whether to set it aside or place it on the spaceship. If you set it aside, it must be face up – and other players can freely take it if it is one they can use. If it is placed on the spaceship, the table catches! You may not move or rotate the piece later.
The placement of the piece on the spaceship must follow some simple rules: Edges with one pipe only fit next to other pieces with one pipe, or edges with three pipes, while edges with two pipes only fit with other edges with two pipes or edges with three pipes. Edges with three pipes can be placed against edges with one, two, or three pipes.
As you finish, each of you places a small spaceship piece on the game board. The last player flies at the back. In immediate safety, but also with limited opportunities to fill the cargo with valuables.
Finally, you review each other's spaceships. If some have not followed the rules, the incorrectly placed module pieces must be removed.
Now you are ready to fly! Your spaceships must undergo a trial for each travel card you draw – trials like these – and many more:
When all cards have been drawn, you must look at the sad remains of your proud spaceships and award credits based on how many open holes they have and who has flown the farthest. You must also sell your cargo. When all rounds are completed, you count credits and declare the winner.
Do you want to protect your cards with plastic sleeves? Then you will need the following:
