When the sun rises over the Caliphate's deserts, rivers, and oases, a delicate balance has been disturbed. As one of many rival powers, you have the opportunity to change the course of history and claim power.

The ambitious sultan sits in his golden palace, overseeing great architectural works. Meanwhile, the mysterious Murshid attempts to undermine the central authorities using his network of agents. The nomads seek to sow discord among people to keep their mercenaries occupied. The warlord's forces traverse the land, hunting for wealth. In the face of chaos and uncertainty, the caliph aims to maintain order through military might. Can you navigate this intricate web?

How to play Crescent Moon:

Crescent Moon takes place over 3 years. Each year, you can take 4 actions, which can include deploying new armies, recruiting mercenaries, building fortifications and outposts, conquering new lands, gaining more influence, and much more.

Each character has their own unique abilities and available actions - for example, the Sultan does not have his own army but instead uses mercenaries, and the Murshid can interfere in other players' battles using their political influence.

At the end of the game, you score points based on your unique character's goals - and the one with the most points wins the game.
