Carcassonne is a tile placement game where players draw and place a tile featuring a piece of southern French landscape. The tile can have a city, a road, a monastery, grasslands, or a combination thereof, and it must be placed next to tiles that have already been played, in such a way that cities are connected to cities, roads to roads, etc.
In Carcassonne: Bridges, Castles and Bazars, there are three new elements for Carcassonne that open the game in completely new directions. With the bridges, roads can be built where there are none, with the bazaar you can buy an extra piece, and the castles can be used to influence nearby constructions.
This is an expansion and can not be played without the base game Carcassonne.
On your turn, you must perform the following actions in order:
You can place a man and get it back in the same turn if it completes a road, a city, or a monastery. The markers are counted at the end, meaning men on fields remain throughout the game.
The player with the most points wins the game.
