A bay filled with giant whales and orcas, and quite popular among tourists on whale safaris, is overrun by tourist agencies. The whales, however, seem to be enjoying themselves, sometimes they appear, other times they don't... As one of these tourist agencies, you must decide where to send your boat out! If you take too long, one of the competing companies will pass by, but sometimes, when your own investigation is not enough, you have to follow a competing company!
