Vaesen RPG: Lost Mountain Saga (Eng)

The Lost Mountain Saga is an epic campaign consisting of five mysteries for Vaesen – Nordic Horror Roleplaying. Players can expect to encounter ancient mysteries, Nordic folklore, social intrigue, and unspeakable horrors lurking in every shadow as they travel through the North and slowly uncover the truth.

The Lost Mountain Saga includes:

Chapter 1: Duty and Despair
Strange accidents plague the Swedish mining town of Falun, and a devout man takes it upon himself to get to the bottom of the matter – which he believes is due to moral decay and witchcraft. But something far more sinister lurks in the dark tunnels beneath the earth.

Chapter 2: The Beginning of the Fall
The University of Uppsala is hosting an exclusive ball rumored to reveal something that will shake the scientific community to its core. But amidst all the excitement, it is also reported that the mental hospital is overflowing due to an unexplained increase in the number of admitted patients.

Chapter 3: Where the Sun Dies
An island off the northern coast of Norway is in distress, and all previous rescue attempts have failed. With winter approaching, the authorities hire a team of experts to uncover the truth. What follows becomes one of the most dangerous missions the Company has ever embarked on.

Chapter 4: The Prince and the Witch
The old spring festival Walpurgis is approaching, luring with its enchantment. But in the woods where the festival is traditionally celebrated, secrets lie in wait to be revealed.

Chapter 5: The Lost Mountain Saga
An ancient stone has been discovered in the dark caves of the Abisko region in northern Sweden. Protected for thousands of years by beings no longer of this earth, these sacred stones were never meant to be found. But as human curiosity and greed dictate, exploitation begins – regardless of the risks and possible consequences.
