How to play Unmatched:
The game takes place over several rounds until only one player remains. On your turn, you can take 2 actions, and you may not skip an action. You can choose 2 different actions, or you can take the same action 2 times.
The actions you can take are as follows:
- Maneuver: you may draw the top card from your character deck, and then you may move your fighters
- Scheme: you may play a scheme card from your hand
- Attack: this action requires an attack card. You must announce which of your fighters is attacking, and then you can attack an opponent.
When a hero reaches 0 health, they are defeated. If your sidekick is defeated, the token must be removed from the game board. If your hero is defeated, you have lost the game. The last one remaining is the winner.
