The Mind Soulmates uses the same principles as The Mind, where players try to cooperate without communication to master multiple levels of card games.
In this game, however, players must not only play numbered cards correctly in ascending order but also play all cards face down and reveal them only after all cards have been played. To assist them with this, one player takes on the role of the seer - and the seer knows more than everyone else!
Each round, a specific number of cards are dealt to players, and the seer is allowed to look at some of these cards in advance to give the team clues about these numbers on an eraser board.
After the players have placed all the cards face down, the seer checks if the cards are in the correct order, thus completing the level. If not, the team loses a life, and the seer deals those same cards again. Additionally, the seer gives another hint.
If the team masters all twelve levels, they have won and can now call themselves "soulmates".
