Tankestreger – Game of the Year 2023 awarded by the Toy Industry

Tankestreger is an entertaining drawing game where all players are involved all the time – either as the drawer or the guesser.

For each round, there is a fixed guesser, while the other players are drawers. The player who starts as the drawer has 30 seconds to lead the guesser to the correct word. If the word is not guessed within 30 seconds, the turn goes on to the next drawers, who take turns trying with the same word for 30 seconds each.

Points are at stake, and the quicker the word is guessed, the more spaces the players can move on the board. The fact that everyone is involved all the time makes Tankestreger both intense and engaging, providing a fun and varied game for both children and adults.

For 3-8 players aged 8 and up.

The game is designed for families with older children, for teenagers, and for adults who enjoy drawing and guessing. However, Tankestreger can also be played in its simplest form with children as young as 8, while there is an extra difficult category for those who are both super drawers and guessers.
