Sanctuary: An Ark Nova Game (English)

In Sanctuary, you must plan and build a modern, scientifically driven zoo that takes into account both the well-being of the animals and the experience of the visitors. The game includes 135 unique zoo tiles representing animals, buildings, and projects. In each game, you must choose the best combination of these to create the most successful zoo.

The various effects on the pieces help you achieve conservation goals while increasing your zoo's attraction value, drawing in more visitors.

The game is managed through a system of four action cards, which each player uses to plan their actions. The strength of an action depends on the position of the card in your action row. One card is used to play projects, while the other three allow you to place animals from specific habitats:

Sanctuary is inspired by the popular board game Ark Nova, but introduces a more streamlined and accessible version of many of the mechanics. The result is an elegant strategy game where you are constantly working to find the best way to combine animals, buildings, and projects on your zoo board.
