Regicide (Nordic + Eng)

Regicide is a cooperative card game for 1-4 players, where you must together defeat 12 powerful enemies – and it can all be played with a standard deck of cards.

On your turn, you play a card to attack the enemy you are fighting against. The card's value determines the damage, while the suit provides a special ability. Once you have dealt enough damage to the enemy, they are defeated, and the next enemy comes into battle.

But the enemies strike back. After your attack, the enemy retaliates, and you must discard cards from your hand to withstand the damage. If a player cannot discard enough cards, the entire group loses.

This makes Regicide a small game with plenty of tactical choices. You must constantly consider which cards to use now and which to save for later. One wrong decision can be enough to send the entire group back to the start.
