The goal is to be the first to score 100 points using "pigs" as dice. On your turn, you roll the pigs and hope they land in a scoring position such as a "snouter," "trotter," or "leaning jowler" (valued from 1 to 60 points); if they do, you decide whether to "cash in" the points (pass the pigs to the next player) or roll again.
If you roll a non-scoring result ("pig out" - one pig on its right side, the other on its left side; a fairly common outcome), you lose any uncashed points. If you roll an "oinker" (both pigs touching each other), you lose your entire accumulated score. If you roll a "piggyback" (one pig on top of the other), you are completely eliminated!
This edition of Pass the Pigs (or Kastegris, as it is also known in Danish) is in a giant version. The pigs are approximately 15 cm long and made of soft rubber.
The game includes:
2 super-sized throwing pigs
1 large score pad
