Museum Suspects (English)

DRRRiiiiiiiinnnnng! Quick - close the doors! A museum artifact has been stolen!

The director has summoned a number of highly skilled investigators to find the thief, or thieves, among the 16 suspects in the building.

However, not all clues are equally helpful. Find the best clues that can help you solve the case while preventing your competitors' investigations! Can you find the guilty party? Or did they manage to escape before the doors closed?

How to play Museum Suspect:

The game takes place over 6 rounds.

On a turn, you must do the following in order:

1. Investigate a clue by choosing one of the 8 available. The clues help you figure out who the guilty party is. After a player has looked at a clue, they must secretly note what they found in their notebook. When you investigate a clue, two things can happen:
1. There are no investigation tokens on the clue = You may look at the clue.
2. There is already one or more investigation tokens on the clue = Before you may look at the clue, you must check if you have enough investigation tokens to match the number already on it. If you do not have enough, you must choose another clue.
   
2. Propose a suspect, the player must place one of their investigation tokens face down on either:
1. One of the 16 suspects - if you guess correctly, you will earn points at the end of the game.
2. The exit - If you think the thief has gotten away.

The game ends after 6 rounds. The clues are revealed one by one, and players must reveal the corresponding suspects face down. All investigation tokens placed on innocent suspects are removed from the game.

When all clues have been revealed, one of 3 things happens:

1. There is one suspect left - it is the thief! Players who guessed correctly earn points, and the player with the most points wins the game.
2. The thief was not among the suspects - the thief has escaped! Players who placed tokens on the exit earn points, and the player with the most points wins the game.
3. There is more than one suspect left - they are all thieves! Players who guessed correctly earn points, and the player with the most points wins the game.
