Welcome to Kingston Falls: a quiet, beautiful town, especially during Christmas time.

Who could have predicted that Gremlins would come to life in such picturesque, snow-covered neighborhoods? Take the opportunity to explore the town and invest in famous locations, but don't let the invading Gremlins get in your way! Visit the police station and Kingston Falls Movie Theatre - maybe you'll even dare to sing a Christmas carol for Mrs. Deagle! Will you invest in Peltzer's crazy inventions, such as Bathroom Buddy or Smokeless Ash Tray? Or perhaps you'll propose to a special someone in Dorry's Tavern... Buy Christmas lights and holiday displays, invest boldly, and knock out your opponents in your quest to acquire all the best locations in Kingston Falls before the mysterious creatures take over!

This special Gremlins edition of Monopoly also includes six pieces - chrysalis, Gizmo, boombox, popcorn, 3D glasses, and a Santa hat - so choose your favorite and save your hometown before it's too late!

How to play Monopoly:

The rules of Monopoly are very simple, making it a perfect family game.

All players choose a piece and place themselves at the start space. You can roll a die to determine who goes first - that person then rolls two dice and moves their piece the given number of spaces.

If the player lands on a property that is not owned by anyone, they can choose to buy the property. The properties have different prices, and therefore there is also a difference in income from them. When a player owns all properties in the same color group, the player can start building houses and hotels, which can help increase income.

There are spaces on the game board that do not consist of an available property; on these spaces, the player must draw a “Chance” card from the deck in the center of the game board. The cards may have various requirements for the player who drew the card: Pay tax, collect money - or maybe even: Go to jail! After that, it's the next player's turn.

When a player can no longer pay the money they owe to the bank or in rent, the person must declare bankruptcy. The person who has money at the end of the game - and has not gone bankrupt - is the winner of the game.

Throughout the game, you can trade and negotiate with your fellow players about various properties.

If you roll doubles, i.e., two of the same dice, you may move your game piece, follow the rules on the game board, and then roll again. But if you roll doubles three times in a row, you go to jail.
