Mega Empires: The East is a grand strategy game for 3-9 players, where you lead historical civilizations through millennia – from the Stone Age to the late Iron Age – on a detailed map that stretches from Northeast Africa to Southwest Asia. Build your population, establish cities, trade valuable goods, and develop culture and science to gather victory points and lead your civilization to greatness.

🔧 Gameplay

• Each player starts with one population token in the Stone Age and expands their civilization through wars, city development, and technological advancements.

• Cities generate resources in the form of trade cards, which provide access to both valuable goods and dangerous disasters.

🤝 Trade – the heart of the game

• Trade is a social phase, where players exchange cards to collect sets of goods – but some cards hide disasters that can strike unexpectedly!

• Hidden disasters add excitement and bluffing to every trade.

🧠 Technological advancements

• Choose from 51 different civilization technologies, which provide unique advantages.

• Advancements in art, craftsmanship, science, civil society, and religion pave the way for greater development and reduce future costs.

• Only the most well-planned strategies will reach the ultimate technology: Wonder of the World.

🏆 How to win

• The player who best develops their civilization, protects it from disasters, and maintains good (or strategic) relations with other players will gather the most victory points and win the game.

• The game can last up to 12 hours – a complete journey through the grandeur and fall of antiquity.
