You take on the roles of Arkham's bravest investigators, stepping into the uncharted wilderness of the Amazon jungle to explore crumbling ruins, uncover the secrets behind lost civilizations, and stop a serpent's curse before the world falls into chaos.

In three new scenarios, you will fight against horrifying snake creatures, face stone monstrosities that come to life, and overcome the ever-present fear of disappearing into the jungle forever.

Path of the Serpent is an expansion for Mansions of Madness 2nd Edition, which includes 4 new characters and 4 new monsters.

The scenarios:

• The Jungle Awakens: at a lavish Arkham garden party, the host showcases their new acquisitions from their latest South American expedition.
• Into The Dark: your team of investigators has been hired to assist a South American expedition.
• Lost Temple of Yig: your investigators venture into ancient stone halls, where snake priests strive to restore their broken bonds to their god, Yig.

The characters:

• Leo Anderson: able to help his allies cut through the jungle underbrush, allowing them to move one space when he moves.
• Ursula Downs: explorer. Once per round, she can listen to calls from the unknown and choose to move one space before and after exploring or interacting with a sight token.
• Daniela Reyes: the mechanic. Whenever she or one of her companions solves a puzzle during an adventure, she can either gain two clues or discard one horror.
• Norman Withers: Miskatonic Astronomer. Can gain two clues or discard one horror once per round, provided he is in an outdoor space where he can read the stars.
