The project to build cities on Earth's beloved satellite is underway. Things are moving full speed ahead and the possibilities are enormous. It is the year 1977, the year when lunar life becomes a reality. The most enterprising companies have decided to sponsor teams of scientists, builders, publicists, and freelance entertainers to build the best customer base in the galaxy. On top of this fantastic opportunity, the Lunar Colonization Authority will award the Moon's capital to the best of the projects presented, giving the chance for an even better reward!

It is now your task to build the best possible moon city so that it can become the capital of the moon. You have a shared market where you can buy various building cards, while each of you has a pile of project pieces. You take turns drawing cards and the pieces that belong to them, placing them in your personal play area.

Different tiles show which projects are available, all of which are essential for building the city. These include Oxygen Collectors, greenhouses, residential complexes, and real estate offices to sell apartments with the best view in the galaxy. Each of these categories scores based on how they are arranged within your area. The one who can best take advantage of their arrangement and placement will become the mayor of LUNA Capital.
