Lost Ruins of Arnak: Twisted Paths (Exp) (English)

Twisted Paths is the final major expansion for the popular board game Lost Ruins of Arnak. The expansion introduces a large double-sided game board, which is larger than that of the base game, bringing entirely new research tracks, mechanics, and strategic opportunities to the game.

On the day-side, you can explore the area around Owl Temple and climb up the white stone. Here, new temple tiles are used, which can be combined to create extra idol spaces. At the same time, a third research symbol is introduced – the lantern – which provides even stronger rewards on the research track.

On the night-side, you venture down into the dark caves at Spider Temple. This side introduces the new resource dark tablets, which are used to activate mystical altars and place artifacts directly on the research track. They can provide powerful advantages – but if you become too ambitious, they can also cost you valuable points.

The expansion includes:

• A new double-sided game board (day and night side)

• New guardians, sites, and assistants

• New temple tiles and research components

• Solo content, including Rival tiles for the new maps

Lost Ruins of Arnak: Twisted Paths was previously only available in the limited Adventure Chest storage box from CGE, but is now also available as a standalone expansion.
