Lord of the Rings - Adventure to Mount Doom (English)

In "Lord of the Rings - Adventure to Mount Doom," players follow the story of Frodo's perilous journey to destroy the Ring in the fires of Mount Doom. He is accompanied by his familiar fellowship, tasked with protecting him from the dangers he will encounter along the way. Players collectively control the fate of this company by moving the individual miniatures across the game board on a journey through many familiar locations from the beloved Lord of the Rings novels. It is important to be mindful of the Nazgul while ensuring that Frodo does not lose his confidence and freeze in despair. When Frodo reaches Mount Doom, all players have won.

The movement of the characters is governed by a special dice mechanism. Colored dice determine which miniature can be moved. The value of your die determines how many spaces a miniature can move. By choosing the dice before and after the roll, players face decisions that seem uncomplicated but are nonetheless significant to the outcome of the game. Black dice, which must always be rolled, trigger threats or lead to encounters with enemies or friends. Encounter cards ensure the constant, ever-growing threat to complete the mission.

As in most cooperative games, players must coordinate their moves and actions with each other to ensure the desired outcome.
