HC Andersen Games - Ugly Duckling (Danish + English)

The ugly duckling lives with a duck family that does not want to acknowledge him because he is different. He is chased out into the world on a long journey that lasts all winter, where the duckling tries to find out where he belongs. The duckling must go through so much before he finally sees his own reflection and discovers that he is a beautiful swan.

In each round, new animal cards are revealed, and all players draw a shape around the animals on their game board. The game continues from round to round until one of the players has drawn around all the animals on their board, or everyone has passed. The player with the most points wins.
