HC Andersen Games - The Tinderbox (Danish + English)

The soldier meets a witch who offers him gold and silver to climb down a hollow tree and fetch a tinderbox for her. The soldier is greedy and wants the tinderbox as well. With it, he can summon dogs with eyes as big as teacups, millwheels, and the Round Tower – and with their help, the soldier now tries to win the princess and the entire kingdom.

The game lasts a total of 7 rounds. In each round, everyone plays a dog card from their hand at the same time in an attempt to grab the most valuable status cards. Status cards are worth 2-6 points at the end, but along the way, you risk losing them!
