The questions are designed on three levels, so you can always turn up the conversation, or when you want to slow down the pace or go deeper.

Examples of questions:

Comfortable questions:

• What can annoy you the most about your colleagues/classmates?
• If you were to write a book, what would it be about?

In between:

• When did you last ask for help?
• What are you particularly afraid of?
• How strict would you like to be as a parent?

Deep questions:

• What is the most rewarding thing about you?
• Which traits do you need someone to be forgiving towards?
• What do people often find hard to understand about you?
