The Cosmic Citizenship Council has announced that 2 new species can join them, but they forgot to create two application forms - which means that only one species can come along! Now the two candidates must fight for control of the planets to determine who deserves to be part of the civilization.
Cosmic Encounter Duel is a 2 player game set in the Cosmic Encounter universe, where you and your frenemy are racing to be the first to control 5 planets.
Each species has unique abilities that give you an edge in the battle - for example, the Cheater, who can reserve an extra tactic that they can use in all battles, as long as the opponent does not catch them "cheating"!
In addition to your unique species and its abilities, you have 20 spaceships that can traverse the cosmos to maintain control over the 5 planets.
