Carcassonne is a tile placement game where players draw and place a tile featuring a piece of southern French landscape. The tile can have a city, a road, a monastery, grasslands, or a combination thereof, and it must be placed next to tiles that have already been played in such a way that cities are connected to cities, roads to roads, etc.
The Circus is an expansion for Carcassonne that brings a traveling circus with acrobats and exotic animals to the region around Carcassonne, and the circus travels between the various cities entertaining people.
Carcassonne: The Circus includes three modules that can be used together or separately, and they can be combined with other expansions for Carcassonne.
This is an expansion and can not be played without the base game Carcassonne.
On your turn, you must perform the following actions in order:
You can place a man and get it back in the same turn if you thereby complete a road, a city, or a monastery. The markers are counted at the end, meaning that men on fields remain throughout the game.
