What horrors lurk in the gloomy woodlands surrounding a small English village?

Scritch Scratch is a scenario for 2-6 players that can be played in one or two sessions. This adventure takes place in the present day in a quiet valley somewhere in northern England and concerns the disappearance of an ancient tradition in the picturesque village of Muscoby - and the consequences of forgetting the old ways.

Muscoby has always had a rat catcher. Old Gurteen has upheld the tradition in the village, but recently he had an accident and is now hospitalized. Who will ensure that the rat population is kept in check with old Gurteen out of the game?

Also includes six pregenerated investigators designed for use in this scenario, which is a fantastic introduction to Call of Cthulhu, while also being a horrifyingly fun evening for more experienced players.
