Wasp Flamethrower Carrier was a modified version of the well-known Universal (Bren) Carrier, equipped with a fearsome flamethrower – feared by the German forces. It was used by both armored and infantry divisions, typically in pairs, and up to six could be deployed in the independent machine gun companies.
