Build a force of the Emperor's fanatically loyal troops and lead them through some of World War II's most brutal battlefields.

The Imperial Japanese Army mobilized nearly 5.5 million men during World War II. Although many were conscripts, they were well-trained, highly motivated, and disciplined to the fingertips. Their aggressive tactics allowed them to strike quickly and relentlessly, and they were known for an uncompromising will to fight – even against an apparently invincible enemy.

This set contains 30 plastic infantry models and allows you to build a wide variety of Japanese infantry units. Each sprue contains a large selection of weapons and equipment, including Type 99 Arisaka rifles, Type 99 LMG, Type 89 grenade launchers (known as “knee mortars”), lung mines, swords, and much more.

The set also includes a Type 92 machine gun, so you can assemble a Medium Machine Gun Team – three 60 mm bases are included for this purpose – as well as plenty of extra parts for further customization. A wide variety of heads and equipment allows you to build troops from both the Imperial Japanese Army, Special Naval Landing Forces (SNLF), or experienced jungle veterans, thus utilizing the special Yamato Damashii rule.
