When upgrading a giant beast that only a whole new generation of tanks could combat, you make it bigger and deadlier. IS-2 is just such a beast – an effective replacement for the KV series and a far better constructed machine than its predecessor.

With thick frontal armor and an enormous 122 mm cannon, the IS-2 broke through the German lines and further into Germany. On the battlefield, the IS-2 is a Heavy Tank with a heavy anti-tank gun that can fit into any armored platoon.
