Adolph Hitler's aggressive campaigns across the globe ensured that his troops faced the enemy in all environments and climates. Nothing was more unforgiving than the harsh winters on the Eastern Front or in the Italian hills and mountains.
The resourceful German landser (ordinary soldiers) often had to make do with little more than their standard woolen coat, gloves, scarves, and a steely determination not only to fend off the cold but also to be able to fight and win.
These highly detailed plastic miniatures are ideal for representing German infantry in winter – whether it be Heer or Waffen-SS. There are weapons, equipment, and headgear that allow for the construction of figures from all periods of the war, from the Blitzkrieg operations in 1939 and 1940 up to the death struggles of the Third Reich in Berlin in 1945.
Note: All miniatures are unassembled and unpainted.
