Churchill, undoubtedly one of the most successful and famous British tanks from World War II.
The British Army adopted a doctrine centered around the use of light, fast 'Cruiser Tanks' combined with slow, better-armed and armored 'Infantry Tanks', which would be used to smash the enemy's defenses with infantry support... and Churchill was an excellent example of the latter - one of the war's heaviest allied tanks, it even had thicker frontal armor than the Tiger!
