This game builds on the success of the first edition from 1942 and makes several improvements for an even more entertaining multiplayer experience.
Expanded Game Board
The game board has been expanded to 40” x 26” to allow for an enhanced gaming experience.
New Miniatures
There are 5 new miniatures in the game, including British artillery, submarine, and destroyer units; German artillery; and a Russian submarine. There is even a brand new combat unit: Anti-Aircraft Artillery!
Game Overview
It is spring 1942, and the world is at war. Five major powers are fighting for supremacy: Germany and Japan are allied against the great alliance of Great Britain, the Soviet Union, and the USA.
Designed for 2–5 players, the game takes place in 1942 – the historical peak of Axis expansion. By controlling one of the Axis or Allied powers, players will both command their nation’s military forces and its wartime economy, with the option to plan attacks, gather forces in contested areas, and resolve conflicts. Victory will go to the side that conquers its opponents on the battlefield and liberates or occupies the world’s largest cities. Change the course of history in just a few hours!
