Unlike the rest of Nurgle's devoted, the Harbingers of Decay have no sense of humor and share their merry misery with both enemies and followers. Unfortunately for their foes, these sickly seers' grim demeanor is only matched by their rotten efficiency in battle. Phlugoth leads five Putrid Blightkings and two Pusgoyle Blightlords - one of which can instead be built as a Lord of Afflictions if you do not wish to play this Regiment of Renown in your Chaos armies.
