Looking for the best board games from the past year? The Card Collective Award annually recognizes the Best Game of the Year in three exciting categories:

• Best Family Game of the Year
• Best Adult Game of the Year
• Best Children's Game of the Year

What makes a game the "Best Board Game of the Year"?

To be selected, the game must:

1. Have been released within the last 12 months or have received a new Danish edition.
2. Feature fantastic gameplay and beautiful visual design.
3. Be available in Danish.

In short, we are looking for a title in each category that we can point to as a great ambassador for the board gaming hobby.

Tivoli - Best Family Game 2024:

You win either, as the fellowship, by destroying the Ring in Mount Doom, or as Sauron by catching up to the hobbits with your Nazguls. But both players can also win by forging alliances, or through sheer military power!

Draw a card with a clue, and try in the best Where's Waldo style, to find as many of that item on the game board as you can before time runs out.

Spy Guy moves as many spaces as you found clues, and if he catches Dr. Moritz, you have won the game!

Spy Guy is a fun and cozy game that can be played by both children and their adults. The game is 100% language neutral, so once you know the easy rules, the kids can easily play alone.
