Small World is a fantasy war game with great variation, whimsical illustrations, and delicious gameplay. In Small World, an overly small world must be conquered, and this can only be done by kicking the others off the board.

To assist, each fantasy race in the game has a specific and a random ability, which is assigned at the beginning of the game, creating the great variation in the game, and making each game a unique challenge.

The various races swarm onto the Small World board from all sides, trying to conquer as much territory as possible to share in the scarce land. The races fight fiercely against each other, and if you lose, you risk your race becoming too weak. But do not lose heart: A new race is ready and as the great puppeteer, you simply choose a new race and take over where the old one perished.

Gruesome? Indeed - but such are the conditions in Small World.
