The Celebrations set will be released in October 2021, and as with previous special expansions such as Shining Fates and Champion's Path, the packs are not sold separately but can only be found in special collections.

The set includes legendary and mythical Pokémon from across the franchise's history, and also a selection of various Pikachu cards. Some of these revisited concepts from the original series are updated with rules and aesthetics from the Sword & Shield series.

Celebrations also has a sub-set of 25 cards that includes precise replicas of popular cards from previous series, which feature etching and a special Holofoil pattern.
