Pioneer is a nonrotating format that includes sets from Return to Ravnica onwards. It aims to be more powerful than Standard, but less powerful than Modern or Legacy. Constructed decks can have up to 4 copies of each card. Basic Lands are not subject to this restriction.

Each deck consists of 60 cards, and up to 15 cards in your Sideboard.
