Why are toys good for children's development?

Toys are about much more than just entertainment and passing time. Toys can be used to stimulate, drive, strengthen, challenge, elevate, and develop our children. In other words, toys are a fantastic tool for learning and development. And there are no limits to the learning that our children can achieve when they play with their toys.

What toys does Card Collective have?

Schleich plastic miniatures:

We have a growing selection of Schleich plastic miniatures, which help unfold children's imagination. Touching, feeling, observing, and exploring are important parts of children's play and development - the miniatures look like they are taken straight out of nature. More so than adults, children experience the world with all senses and thus develop faster.

In a playful way, children learn about their concrete surroundings and unique nature. It pays off to look beyond two-dimensional images on screens and paper and to feel things, not just see them on the retina. Natural environments can turn into imaginary worlds, where kitty and pup naturally share their home with each other. As children grow, pup turns into a dog. But the joy of play remains the same - and thus learning occurs at every age.

All the animals have undergone strict quality control and comply with both German and international standards.

Stuffed Animals:

Stuffed animals, also called plushies, are not only great to cuddle with but also to create coziness when they just stand as decoration. At Card Collective, we have a growing selection of stuffed animals/plushies from various movies, series, games, etc., for both children and those young at heart.

Very few people do not remember their favorite stuffed animal from when they were little. Maybe you even still have it somewhere. Children of all ages love these cute, cuddly stuffed animals because they are cozy and soft to touch. Fabric stuffed animals are fine sleeping partners, and for most, they are also comforting. It's easier to settle down to sleep in a stroller or crib if you have a sweet little stuffed animal friend by your side, whom you know and feel safe with.

Older children may not need a comfort stuffed animal in the same way, but rather some large stuffed animals that are fun to play with. There is also no shame in collecting stuffed animals in various forms yourself.
