Chaos

Chaos is a Grand Alliance in Warhammer: Age of Sigmar. The Chaos gods are ancient forces whose sole purpose is to conquer, not just the Eight Realms, but reality itself. From their chaotic realm, the gods Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh send their demonic armies to war, while their unstoppable warlord Archaon commands endless legions of corrupted mortals. Meanwhile, the rat-like Skaven infest the Eight Realms, striving to achieve their own sinister goals.

Chaos is an army divided into many smaller factions, each offering its own cool miniatures and unique ways to play. Many of the factions allow you to build an army consisting of both mortal warriors and terrifying demons. You can also choose to focus solely on one type of unit.

Slaves to Darkness
Under the dark banners of Archaon the Everchosen, endless mortals march, lured by the dark gods' promises of power and glory. These warriors from the powers of darkness seek to subjugate the Realms to the cruel will of the Chaos gods. An army led by Archaon himself is nearly unstoppable.

Blades of Khorne
These untamed warriors fight in the name of the blood god Khorne. Mortals and demons fight side by side in unbridled bloodlust. They desperately hope to gain favor by slaying countless enemies and taking their skulls as trophies for Khorne. Khorne's worshippers live to fight and fight to live. Few can match their raw strength in close combat.

Diciples of Tzeentch
The winds of change blow over Tzeentch's armies as they go to war. Human cultists follow their ruler's intricate plans, while powerful sorcerers and wondrous demons cast flaming spells and manipulate reality itself. Tzeentch prefers manipulation and intrigue over direct confrontation. But with endless spells and demons that simply split in two when slain, Tzeentch's disciples are an army not to be underestimated.

Maggotkin of Nurgle
Nurgle's warriors are swollen with decay gas and riddled with disease and rot. They are terrifying examples of the fate that ultimately befalls all living things. But the mortal warriors have been blessed with resilience, both against the cruel diseases and the enemies' swords. An endless swarm of flies always follows Nurgle's legions of rotting warriors and plague-bearing demons. Truly a gruesome sight!

Hosts of Slaanesh
The dark prince of the Chaos gods, Slaanesh, embodies forbidden desires and excess. His followers are frightening examples of this. Decadent troops follow charismatic leaders and recklessly cast aside the last remnants of their humanity to perform unthinkable acts, driven by grotesque enticing demons. In battle, no one can be sure of safety from this bizarre parade of slaughter.

Creatures of Chaos
When Chaos arrived in the Eight Realms, they corrupted nature itself, transforming many animals and creatures into servants of darkness. Goat-like warriors arose in the dark forests and monstrous Dragon Ogres began to flock on storm-filled mountain peaks. A wide array of mutated creatures fight with bestial strength for the dark forces.

Skaven
Skaven are creatures created by Chaos, but they follow their own master, the sinister Horned Rat. Skaven ruthlessly use every opportunity in war, from sorcery, cruel technology, diseases, or demonic warpstone. When Skaven go to war, it is always with hordes of ratmen, but their deadly arsenal makes them unpredictable opponents.
